03 Workplace Accidents and Employer Liability (2h)

  • Culpa in vigilando, in eligendo and in omittendo
  • Indemnities, accident-related job stability and INSS regressive action

04 Liability of OHS Professionals (1h30)

  • Engineer vs. Technician: scope of practice

05 Administrative, Civil and Criminal Liability (1h30)
